If you want to start a new article you have to write in the adresses bar your new article page title.

Example:

If you want to write a new article about the " wide angle " you can write in the adresses bar " wide angle " after " /photopedia/ "

http://www.photoresampling.com/photopedia/Wide Angle

In this way a " Wide Angle " page will be created, then you have to press the " Edit " tab to write your new article.

If your article is just a draft (stub), you can call a stub template
